In this talk, Professor Birkinshaw will describe the new models of organising that are taking shape today, and how these are helping firms deliver on the imperatives for decisive action and emotional conviction. He will also talk about the leadership qualities that are needed as digital technology, and AI in particular, makes many of the traditional parts of the leader’s job obsolete.
